					<description>Hi Ho-John,
This is very coincidental. I just started a blog today (my first attempt) about my training for next January's Goofy Race And A Half event at Disney. I thought I would do a google search of &quot;Ho John&quot; since that is the nickname I use on the blog. (It's a nickname my daughter gave me when she was ina high school production of MASH. Google brought me to your site, and I see you are a runner. I find this a very cool coincident.

Anyway, just thought I'd write and say Hi, from one Ho-John to another!

Have a good day,
