Dear John,

I was surfing the net I found this which to me mean business. I would to tell you that here in Zambia there is alot of mobile thefts which can make us mint gold over night with such tracking system if part in place.

I propose that we became partners and have a go at this kind of project here!

If you are not interested in partnership please advice me on how i can get this idea up and runing.
